Our monitoring systems flagged a rise in transaction timeouts at about 1:56 PM MDT. This is unrelated to the issue we had earlier in the week and appears related to upstream timeouts on the Discover network. As of now, all transactions are processing normally and the upstream issue appeared to be resolved within just a few minutes.
